Integration of WooCommerce, Twilio and Fatture in Cloud for complete event-cycle management.

We designed a system that automates the entire operational flow:

• capturing and updating orders from WooCommerce with real-time status management;
• sending personalised communications and invitations (email and WhatsApp) via Twilio;
• managing event registrations and attendance, both digital and physical;
• integration with Fatture in Cloud to generate and manage the billing cycle.

Integration of Nexudus with accounting systems to automate coworking administrative processes.

The solution we built eliminated the manual handling of data pulled from Nexudus and its transfer into Excel sheets, introducing a structured, automated flow. Specifically, the system:

• automatically synchronises master data, balances and payment status;
• keeps accounting information up to date in real time;
• centralises data for the admin department in dashboards and aggregated views;
• reduces operational errors and processing times.
